About The Role

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll support customers with a range of everyday banking needs while helping them get the most out of ASB’s digital and self-service options.

You’ll

  • Build genuine relationships with customers and understand what matters most to them
  • Guide customers to the right solutions, including confidently introducing digital tools
  • Work across multiple channels to keep the branch running smoothly
  • Take ownership of customer outcomes and follow through on commitments

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), based in our Queenstown branch.
