PACKAGING MANAGER - GRAIN MILLING INDUSTRY Our client in the agricultural milling industry is seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to lead their packaging operations in Bloemfontein! Location: Bloemfontein, Free State Salary: Market Related Essential Qualifications: 5 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL) 5 YEARS EXTENSIVE PACKAGING EXPERIENCE IN GRAIN MILLING INDUSTRY (ESSENTIAL) KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOMATED PACKAGING MACHINES & ROBOTICS IN GRAIN MILLING (ESSENTIAL) National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) Relevant qualification in Packaging/Supply Chain Management Valid driver''''s license and own transport Good computer skills Key Responsibilities: Managing ISO 22000 and HACCP standards Preventative maintenance planning (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Daily, weekly and monthly production and logistics planning Manage packaging process through optimization of employees and machines Ensure packaging standards meet company and customer satisfaction levels Inventory management of final product and packaging materials Obtain packaging targets Essential Skills: Resilience and coping with pressure Problem-solving abilities Strong prioritization skills Attention to detail Results orientation Operations coordination
