SUMMARY

Leading, listed financial services company is looking for a Corporate Finance Dealmaker. CA(SA) with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a Deal Making / Corporate Finance role. Financial services exposure is preferred.

POSITION INFO

Reporting to the HOD, this position will suit a candidate looking to work inhouse with a leading corporate, in a small, specialised team. An entrepreneurial mind and excellent business acumen are essential. The candidate must be skilled in end-to-end deal making with solid experience engaging and dealing with Executives, Investment Committees and Legal. Strong modelling skills are also required.
