They operate as both a marketplace and advisory services provider, helping businesses navigate technology solutions through consultative engagement rather than transactional product sales. The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) This is an opportunity to play a key role in launching and growing the company''s new international division focused on the US and European markets. Rather than selling individual software products, you will engage prospective clients in consultative conversations designed to understand their challenges, explore opportunities, and position the business as a trusted marketplace and advisory partner. Your primary objective will be to generate and qualify opportunities while booking high-value meetings that support long-term relationship development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys intelligent business conversations, asks insightful questions, and can confidently engage decision-makers in a consultative sales environment. Key Responsibilities 2+ years of consultative sales, SaaS sales, or business development experience Conduct outbound prospecting activities across international markets Engage potential clients in advisory-style sales conversations Ask probing and analytical questions to uncover business challenges and opportunities Position the company''s marketplace and advisory services effectively Qualify prospects and identify suitable opportunities for the senior sales team Book high-quality meetings focused on long-term relationship building Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records Take ownership of personal performance, targets, and outcomes About You 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or business development roles Strong ability to ask technical, investigative, and discovery-focused questions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Analytical thinker who can quickly understand complex business needs Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers Highly self-sufficient and able to work independently Strong personal accountability and ownership mindset Comfortable operating in an environment with minimal supervision Professional, mature, and results-driven approach Experience selling advisory, marketplace, technology, or SaaS solutions would be advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment built on trust and autonomy
