Hospitality Hire is recruiting an experienced Leisure & Corporate Sales Executive for a luxury hospitality group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
This opportunity is suited to a driven hospitality sales professional with a proven track record of generating new business, growing market share, and maintaining strong client relationships within the travel and corporate sectors. We are looking for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys building relationships, and is confident representing luxury hospitality brands in the market.

Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related field advantageous Minimum 5 years' sales experience within the hospitality industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business Established relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and production houses Valid South African ID Valid driver's licence Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role Available to attend networking events and functions after hours Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, confident and customer-focused approach Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across leisure, corporate and group markets Promote the company's products and services to maximise revenue growth and market penetration Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and other industry partners Conduct regular client visits and sales calls Represent the business at trade shows, workshops, networking events and industry functions Sales Administration & Reporting Manage and maintain client databases and sales records Prepare professional sales presentations and proposals Compile sales reports and market feedback Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities Brand Representation Act as a professional ambassador for the brand at all times Deliver presentations and conduct meetings with confidence and professionalism Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to all client enquiries What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be a motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build lasting business relationships. You should be commercially minded, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
