About The Role
NETCONFIG is a cloud first Business IT company, and we are looking for an Internal IT Sales Administrator to join our growing sale team. (Durban based - Hybrid work environment)
The Job Role
This role is an office administrative support role, focused on the sales quoting, order processing, order delivery, team coordination, customer commercials management and general administration aspects of our sales team. As well as supporting our team of customer-facing Account Managers, who sell business technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and sales focused individual, who can engage with our clients and work together with our Account Managers to sell, manage and deliver technology solutions.
Essential Skills
The position requires strong administrative and business acumen as well as customer engagement EQ as well as previous experience with:
- Pastel Evolution
- CRM/ERP systems
Our team of talented Account Managers are responsible for selling our solutions; therefore, this supportive administrator job role is core to our on-going growth and success.
Our solutions include business technologies such as: Microsoft 365, Azure, firewall security, data protection, software licensing, internet, infrastructure, servers, computers, voice, print, cloud as well as advanced Power BI financial reporting and custom application development.
Who Suits This Role?
This role will ideally suit a candidate who have experience in the IT MSP, IT Reseller or IT Distributor industry. Consequently, the ideal candidate will have the following likes and traits:
- Administratively minded and enjoy attention to detail.
- A natural affinity towards IT and Technology in general.
- The ability to have business IT discussions with clients.
- The ability to work under pressure, alone and with a team.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong EQ with the ability to communicate with different personality types.
- Enjoys aligning and working within processes and internal frameworks.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Matric
- 3-Years+ working in an Internal Sales Administrative type role
Advantageous
- Working as an Internal Sales Administrator in the IT MSP/Reseller/Distributor field
- Product/Vendor Certifications (such as Microsoft, SonicWALL, Acronis etc.)
- 1-Year Higher Education Certificate or higher
