Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Manager to manage and deliver technical workplace services, including reactive and planned preventative maintenance. The role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance, risk management, and high-quality customer service aligned to the Master Service Agreement and Tsebo standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
Workplace Management & Service Delivery
- Implement systems, processes, and capabilities for a cost-effective technical workplace solution
- Deliver integrated services aligned with requirements and performance standards
- Supervise technicians and engineers to achieve operational objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and drive service improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and contractual obligations
Technical Workplace Supervision
- Oversee technical services, maintenance, and site operations
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure effective systems and reporting for service delivery
- Provide and manage helpdesk services
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites
- Manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgets and cost control
- Supervise planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Manage security services and additional technical services
Overarching Service Requirements
- Deliver services in line with Good Industry Practice and SLA expectations
- Support Tsebo brand, values, and business relationships
- Ensure staff capability, professionalism, and performance
- Maintain compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations
- Manage data and information effectively
- Coach, mentor, and develop technical teams

Qualifications
Education
- Matric (Grade 12) plus NQF Level 4
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Facilities Management
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ technical site management experience
- Minimum 3 years’ people management experience
- Experience in:

- SLA-driven environments

- Resource and conflict management
