SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled
Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with electrical experience who excels at problem-solving, client interaction, and delivering high-quality service.
POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly service and maintenance tasks, ensuring completion by the 29th of each month. Attend to technical callouts and provide telephonic support to clients to resolve issues efficiently. Complete and submit job cards daily (within 24 hours), ensuring all required details are accurate. Maintain and manage boot stock weekly , ensuring all inventory is accounted for. Accurately document all work performed, including listing any components replaced with explanations. Assist with deliveries and collections when required. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent client service at all times. Ensure all KPI targets are met consistently. Keep the work environment clean and organized when office-based. Stay updated with new and evolving technologies relevant to the role. Ensure all operational processes are followed, including: Completion of key registers and return of keys daily Returning non-boot stock items to the factory by end of day Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve efficiency and service delivery. Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile): Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Proven electrical or electronic experience, preferred from an office automation space / printing, servicing of ATM's experience will be the best fit. Product training will be provided. Experience in service & maintenance environments will be advantageous Availability to attend training in KwaZulu Natal Valid drivers licence If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
