What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Global Head of People Operations, the role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the employee experience across all stages of the employment lifecycle.
This position is responsible for providing expert guidance to both employees and managers, ensuring that people policies and procedures are followed, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
The People Operations Advisor acts as a trusted partner, delivering solutions to people-related challenges whilst maintaining
compliance and supporting organisational objectives. The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding people policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters.
- Work with our People Business Partners to advise managers and employees on best practices related to employee relations, performance management, absence management and disciplinary processes.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire and leaver administration and engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters and leavers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data protection and other relevant legislation to mitigate risk.
- Assist in the development and implementation of people policies and procedures, keeping them up to date and relevant.
- Work with our Workplace Operations team to support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Provide administrative support for payroll and benefits administration.
- Participate in People related projects and continuous improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness of the people operations function.
- Handle a range of administrative tasks related to general business as usual activities and specific events in the people operation calendar, including compensation the cycle and bonus management and payout.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’re passionate about creating seamless people processes and delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in a People Operations, Coordinator, or Advisor role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech- driven matrix company.
- Strong understanding of people processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Knowledge of employment local legislation and best practice. Some global knowledge and or experience would be beneficial
- Experience working with HRIS and people tech tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a scaling and fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
What your impact and success looks like
1 Month
You’ve built a strong understanding of our people policies, processes and systems, and can confidently handle day-to-day employee queries with support where needed. You’ve established effective working relationships with key stakeholders across People, Payroll and Workplace Operations, and are contributing to onboarding, offboarding and core administration accurately and on time.
2 Months
You’re working more independently across core People Operations activity, managing employee queries and lifecycle processes with growing confidence and accuracy. You’ve developed a solid understanding of local requirements and internal ways of working, are maintaining data quality across our systems, and are beginning to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
6 Months
You’re operating as a confident and trusted People Operations Advisor, independently managing core processes and providing reliable guidance to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. You’re proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to people processes, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance, and making a visible contribution to a positive employee experience and the effectiveness of the wider People function.
