We are looking to hire a Campaign Planning Executive to join our team in Cape Town. Reporting to the Senior Campaign Executive, you’ll help organise workflows, coordinate creative and campaign activity, and ensure that all marketing outputs — across web, CRM, social, paid media, PR and trade — are delivered on time, on brand and aligned with commercial priorities.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign planning, creative project management and cross-functional coordination. Ideal for someone organised, collaborative and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.

What you’ll do

Campaign Planning & Coordination

  • Support the Senior Campaign Executive in forward planning of the global campaign calendar.
  • Prepare clear and structured campaign briefs, ensuring all requirements and channel needs are defined.
  • Gather inputs from CRM, Paid Media, Sales, Creative and Digital teams.
  • Track campaign milestones, deadlines and deliverables across all markets.
  • Support analysis of campaign performance and summarise key learnings for future activity.

Campaign Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage day-to-day workflow between the Le Boat campaign team and the creative studio.
  • Ensure the creative team receives clear, complete briefs from Le Boat before work begins.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring smooth progression of briefs through each stage.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, project reviews and resource scheduling.
  • Maintain organised, accessible project documentation and version control across all assets.
  • Track multiple workstreams simultaneously and proactively flag risks.

Channel & Content Support

  • Coordinate delivery of social-first content across owned channels, CRM and website.
  • Support asset creation and adaptation by gathering inputs, managing translations, and coordinating file delivery.
  • Ensure all content is brand-aligned, accurate, and ready for deployment to regional teams.
  • Support planning and delivery of trade partner email campaigns, including performance reporting.
  • Consolidate global organic social plans by combining central and market inputs into a single calendar aligned to campaign tentpoles and brand storytelling, including localisation and transcreation requirements.
  • Coordinate community engagement activity in support of GEO, ensuring on-brand responses, adherence to SLAs, and consistent execution of community guidelines across priority platforms and regions.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact between the campaign team and creative studio.
  • Facilitate feedback cycles, approvals and cross-team communication.
  • Support engagement with regional marketers during key trading periods.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams in Europe and Canada.

Market, Competitor & Performance Insight

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Support the Senior Campaign Executive in analysing campaign KPIs.
  • Track budget lines, invoices, spend reporting and performance metrics where required.

What you’ll bring

Experience

  • Experience in a marketing, creative or project coordination environment (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with social, CRM, web or digital campaign delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, producers or creative teams (desirable).
  • Exposure to multi-market campaigns or global brands is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English essential, additional languages a plus.
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive problem solver who identifies and flags issues early to keep delivery on track.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello or similar).
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Interest in travel, outdoor experiences or boating is a bonus.
