- Elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements
- Drive process improvement and recommend efficient solutions
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business and IT
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst within a technical environment
- Strong experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to retail and multi-domain environments
Skills
- Business process analysis & process modelling
- Requirements elicitation & documentation
- Data analysis, reporting, and data quality metrics
- Strong understanding of Agile & SDLC environments
- Solution evaluation & system integration understanding
- Exposure to SAP (advantageous)
