Attorney/ Conveyancer (Bonds)

Our Bonds Department in Table View, Cape Town, is looking to hire a Conveyancing Attorney who specialises in bond registrations. Please only apply if you are living in Cape Town or willing to relocate for the position.

• Independently managing and overseeing bond registration matters;
• Liaising with banks, clients, bond originators and other stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of transactions;
• Providing sound legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters;
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, banking requirements and prescribed deadlines;
• Maintaining high standards of service delivery and turnaround times.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong focus on bond registrations;
• Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
