Process Engineer

Dynamic International company seeks BSc Electrnonic candidate that will be responsible for testing,intergrating and deploying software components to ensure seamless operations across business systems.

The Process Engineer should ideally have manufcturing Engineering experience and hands-on experience in;

*Manufacturing

* Production / Planning

*Technical Operations, incuding process design, trouble shooting, etc.

*Customised security knowledge / experience would be a strong advantage.

We are seeking a highly skilled Production/Process Engineer to lead the Production/Process Engineering team and provide support to the production processes and production leader.

• Ideally have management experience in directly leading a technical team.

The ideal candidate will have worked or has in-depth knowledge of the below;

• Identify, document, and communicate software errors/bugs to developers for timely resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration

• Manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently

• Ensure PCI (Payment Card Industry Standards) compliance when performing system integration and testing

• Machine Software Configurations: Planning, implementing, and optimizing personalization machine configurations to ensure smooth personalization operations on Matica S7000, S5200LX etc.

• Production Software: Installing and maintaining personalization software like UPP, barnes (emv chip testing) to support and improve personalization processes and ensure customer SLAs are adhered to.

• Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and implementing continuous improvement measures.

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and technical specifications.

• Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments such as production, IT, and quality assurance, global functions as well as external partners and suppliers.

• Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on new any new production software/tools. CAD Software (Sql / C#)

• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to support smooth and reliable software integration/implementation performance in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Environmental, Health and Safety:

• Ensures compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

• Adhering to EHS protocols: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Reporting hazards: Identify and report any potential safety hazards or environmental risks to the appropriate personnel.

• Participating in training: Attend and actively participate in EHS training sessions and workshops.

• Promoting sustainability: Support initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices within the workplace.

BSc Degree In Industrial Electronics

Technical Skills

• SQL for data base testing & intergration
• Expertise in APIs and system integration tools
• Strong knowledge of reporting tools, Excel/Power BI
• Understanding of software testing in UAT/Pre-Prod and prod environments.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• People management skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
