Guesthouse & Function Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in both guesthouse management and function/event management
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff, guests, and events professionally
• Computer literacy and administrative skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Ability to perform well under pressure and pay attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the guesthouse
• Manage guest bookings, check-ins, and guest relations
• Coordinate and manage weddings, functions, and events
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
• Staff management, training, and scheduling
• Maintain operational standards and venue presentation

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
