Qualified Fitter Facilitator / Assessor

For Training Center in Kempton Park

Responsible for Induction ,Training , Trade Test and Preperation ,Trade Testing and undertaking various Competency.

Assessments for Fitters , Progress Reports ,Client feedback ,visits to Host Companies ,adhering and enforcing Health and Safety.

Training and Induction

Assessments and Moderation:Administer various Assessments such as Trainability , RPL , work rediness assessments Undertake Trade Tests in compliance with the NAMB / QCTO / SETA or any other standards set by other control bodies .

Commercial : Budgets, Business Plans , Forecasts and strategy formulation .

Leadership : Production Plan, Timekeeping , General Management , Health and Safety Act

Must be a Qualified Fitter with Trade Test Papers

Must have a Minimum of Three years Experience as a Faclitator / Assessor for Artisan Training

Must have a Minimum of Three years Post quaification work experience as a Fitter

Must have Assessor / Moderator courses Qualification (Namb)

Must have worked in Training Centre Environment

Must have Industry Experience
