Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with personalised financial planning solutions.

• Assist clients with investments, risk protection, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth creation strategies.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Grow your client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

• Ensure all client interactions and recommendations comply with industry regulations and company standards.

• Work closely with experienced mentors and management to develop your professional skills and business practice.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen.

• Tertiary qualification (or studying towards a qualification) in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, or a related field.

• Clear credit and criminal record.

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for success.

• Previous sales or client-facing experience will be advantageous.
