Sales Consultant

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service, both in person and digitally
• Prepare rate cards, follow up on leads, and close deals
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales experience
• High energy, positivity, and a passion for sales
• Experience in labour outsourcing will be advantageous
• Must have own car
• Qualification in Sales will adverntageous but not mandantory.
• Experience in labour broker will be a huge advantage ( and in TES)
