Area Sales Manager

RCL FOODS, is looking for an energetic resposible and well spoken Area Sales Manager to join their sales team. The successful candiate's purpose of the role will be to manage sales of the company's products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Draw up action plans for customer visits in conjunction with GM
- Monitor sales per route
- Reach budget set for Bakery
- Determine Customer needs
- Spot check bread quality in stores
- Keep customr profile and opposition Profile and report
- Maintain and build good relationship with customers
- Handle complaints
- Report to GM on general progress
- Monitor Sales Team
- Give training to sales team if required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum Masters Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business administration
- Valid Drivers licence
- 2-4 years experince in Sales, 2 of which must be a Sales Manager.
- Must have good leadership styles, customer relationships and be able to make difficult decisions
