What You'll Be Doing

You will work alongside experienced consultants and support teams while learning how ERP systems help businesses operate more effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with Sage X3 implementation and support activities.
• Participating in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
• Supporting system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Conducting research related to ERP systems, business processes, and project requirements.
• Assisting with project documentation, user guides, and reusable knowledge assets.
• Taking meeting notes and supporting project administration activities.
• Assisting with reporting, presentations, and communication materials.
• Supporting post-go-live activities and client queries.
• Learning how business requirements are translated into system solutions.
• Collaborating with consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful client outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related fields
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable).
• Interest in ERP systems, preferably Sage X3 or similar.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

This internship is intended for graduates entering the workforce and is not suitable for candidates with significant professional experience in ERP consulting or related fields.
