SUMMARY

An established supplier of specialised cleaning and hygiene solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to drive sales growth within the food manufacturing sector. The role involves developing new business, managing key customer relationships, conducting site assessments, and providing technical support on cleaning, sanitation, and food safety solutions.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Grade 12 and a relevant Diploma or Degree (Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field). 3-5 years' technical sales experience within the food manufacturing, hygiene, chemical, water treatment, or related industries. Strong knowledge of food industry cleaning and sanitation processes, including CIP and open plant cleaning systems. Experience with detergents, disinfectants, and food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP. Proven business development and account management experience. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively.
