SUMMARY

A well-established South African manufacturer and supplier of labelling, packaging, and printing solutions is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join its growing sales team.

POSITION INFO

INTERNAL SALES REP KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and availability. Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately. Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates. Liaise with production and logistics teams regarding order progress and delivery schedules. Support the external sales team in achieving revenue targets. Customer Relationship Management Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the ERP/CRM system. Product & Technical Support Develop a strong understanding of the company''s product portfolio. Assist customers in identifying suitable labelling, packaging and barcode solutions. Stay informed on industry developments, market trends and competitor activities. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate sales records and customer information. PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS The successful candidate will be involved in selling a diverse range of products and services, including: Custom printed labels Packaging and branding solutions Design and artwork services Barcode & data collection equipment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (Matric). At least 5 years' Internal Sales or Customer Service experience. Experience within one or more of the following industrieS (Labels and Packaging, Barcode and Labelling Solutions, Printing Industry, FMCG Packaging, Industrial Consumables) Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience working on ERP or CRM systems. Exposure to CRM systems and Syspro ERP will be highly advantageous.
