POSITION INFO

Overview We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Delivery / Order Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced telecoms environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing and service delivery Review and scrutinise customer contracts Place and track orders via CRM systems within agreed SLAs Provide regular progress updates and reporting to customers and internal teams Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery Conduct testing and activation of services Handle fault resolution and escalations effectively Set up and manage new customer accounts Support business development initiatives where required Maintain accurate tracking of all orders and service updates Minimum Requirements Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent organisation and multi-tasking ability Professional, customer-centric approach with good telephone manner Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure High attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately Tact, diplomacy, and strong problem-solving skills Numerate and literate Experience & Qualifications Telecoms industry experience (advantageous but not essential - full training provided ) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4) - advantageous but not required Salary and Working Hours Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications UK working hours - this is not a remote position ; office is based in Milnerton, Western Cape.
