SUMMARY

Are you a strong TES Operations person that we can mould into a Key Account Manager and new client sourcing role?

MASA Outsourcing is looking for a strong TES Operations professional who understands client sites, service delivery, workforce planning, and the fast-moving nature of temporary employment services.

We are open to someone who is not a traditional salesperson, but who has the operational strength, client credibility, and commercial mindset to be developed into a Key Account Manager with responsibility for growing existing accounts and sourcing new clients.

POSITION INFO

What we're looking for: Strong TES operations experience Solid understanding of client-site management and service delivery Ability to build trusted client relationships Commercial instinct and confidence in dealing with clients Ability to identify opportunities within existing and new accounts Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle What the role will involve: Managing and strengthening client relationships Supporting service delivery across client sites Growing existing accounts Assisting with new client sourcing Developing into a Key Account Management role Advantageous: Previous exposure to key accounts, client servicing, or business development within TES This role is ideal for a strong operations person ready to step into a more commercial, client-facing growth role.
