A respected supplier of industrial pumping and process equipment is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join its Cape Town team. This opportunity is perfect for a young engineer or technically minded professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in technical sales. Non-Negotiable Requirements Relevant technical qualification (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical, or similar) Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Western Cape Ambitious and career-focused mindset Job Experience & Skills Required Support customers with technical product recommendations Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships Conduct site visits and identify process improvement opportunities Assist with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups Work closely with senior sales engineers and technical specialists Build a strong understanding of industrial pumping and fluid handling applications Exposure to manufacturing, food & beverage, water treatment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or process industries will be advantageous.
