SUMMARY

A respected manufacturing employer is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join its Western Cape team.

With a focus on ensuring effective system design, process optimisation, and business alignment, you will manage system analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and implementation support. Your experience in business process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder engagement will support the successful delivery of efficient, scalable systems and improved operational performance.

POSITION INFO

The ideal candidate will bring 1 - 3 years' experience and proven expertise in business analysis within an IT or manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, data analysis, and process mapping. A relevant NQF Level 7 qualification (Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Warehousing Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning), along with advanced Excel, SQL, and strong problem-solving skills, will be essential for success in this role.
