Candidate Compliance Administrator

We’re looking for a Candidate Compliance Administrator to support one of our UK clients by ensuring all candidate compliance checks, documentation, and safeguarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you’ll manage compliance workflows, support candidates through the process, and ensure all regulatory standards are met in line with safeguarding requirements.

  • Managing candidate compliance checks, documentation, and pipeline tracking
  • Chasing, verifying, and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes in line with regulations
  • Communicating with candidates and consultants on outstanding requirements and progress updates
  • Providing updates and reporting to the Compliance Manager
  • Using internal systems and Office 365 daily to manage and update information
  • Escalating non-compliance issues where necessary and ensuring resolution
  • Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional candidate journey throughout
  • Experience in administration, compliance, or recruitment support
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and accurate under pressure
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Able to manage deadlines, prioritise workload, and work under pressure
  • Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Strong team fit with a professional and positive attitude
