Resourcing Partner

We are looking for a proactive Resourcing Partner to join our Sandton team, supporting one of our UK construction and building services clients.

In this role, you will drive candidate generation in specialized construction and engineering roles, focusing on positions such as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and M&E Engineers.

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting

• Screening and qualifying candidates and coordinating interviews

• Developing targeted candidate pipelines

• Managing records in the CRM and achieving recruitment activity goals

• Recruitment or resourcing experience, especially in construction, engineering, or a related sector

• A natural flair for sales, with the ability to build rapport and pitch candidates effectively

• Resilience, drive, and a solid appreciation for KPIs

• Strong communication skills and a specialist focus
