As a customer care Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the achievements of customer care targets and overseeing the daily operations of the customer care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of customer care agents.
- Monitor team performance against targets.
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in customer care, of which 1 -2 years are in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Care processes
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
