This role is focused on supporting senior-level executive search mandates within the manufacturing and engineering sector, working closely with UK consultants to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates. You will work closely with UK-based consultants, supporting senior-level mandates by identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates across engineering, manufacturing, and automotive industries.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience (manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or similar) — non-negotiable
• Proven experience delivering senior/leadership-level searches (not volume/contingency)
• Comfortable with direct headhunting and engaging passive candidates
• Strong written communication (client-ready candidate summaries)
• Highly organised and methodical, able to manage multiple assignments
• Genuine interest in the sector and how industrial businesses operate
• UK market exposure is advantageous
• Flexible, team-first mindset
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet
• Comfortable working UK hours (GMT/BST)

What You'll Be Doing

• Executing end-to-end search delivery: research, headhunting, longlisting, screening, and shortlisting
• Building and maintaining detailed talent maps across relevant sectors
• Conducting competency-based telephone and video interviews for senior candidates
• Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to the consulting team
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the process (first contact to offer stage)
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to market intelligence
• Collaborating with UK-based consultants to translate briefs into search strategies
• Supporting additional recruitment process tasks as needed in a small team environment

Additional Context

• Primarily a 180° role focused on delivery
• Commercial/client acquisition handled separately
• Role requires adaptability — responsibilities may vary week to week in a boutique environment
