VACANCY: TEMP HR ADMINISTRATOR
Tru-Trac Rollers, a company specialising in the manufacturing of conveyor components for the mining industry, has a vacancy for a Temp HR Administrator in Centurion, Gauteng.

Duties
HR Administration
• Draft Job Descriptions
• Drafting employment contracts, Job Descriptions, promotion letters, Termination letter, updating Orgonogram, increase letters and all HR related documentation
• Produce reports and statistics when requested by senior management
• Initiate and ensure effective communication with relevant departments
• Liase with External parties e.g DOL, SEESA, NEASA and MEIBC
• Benefit Administration
• Provide Office support to all employees regarding HR related matters
• Updating, maintaining and preparing HR documents and reports
• Zoho System management
• Updating and maintaining personnel files
• Uploading documents and maintaining the Zoho People for HR, Safety and related departments
• Ensuring the confidentiality of Personnel Files
• Saving Legal documents are saved on the Drive, Zoho People and other platforms
• Assist with the management of Personnel Files for TTR as and when required
• Fill in payment request forms and record them, Wish happy birthdays to employees in the WhatsApp group.
• Draw leave and overtime reports for HRM every week
• Daily time and attendance verifications on ERS I.E break reports, miss clocking’s, absence
• General administration when required
• Standby for TTR HR Administrator when she is unavailable
Industrial Relations
• Building and Maintaining relationships with Unions and employees
• Recording, filling and processing off all IR related incidents
• Interpreting at hearings
• Prepares Hearing bundles
Recruitment and Staffing
• Placing adverts on Indeed and Linkedin, liasing with Agencie's for highly skilled positions
• Conducting face to face interviews
• Conducting checks (reference, criminal and qualification)
• Onboarding of new employees
Payroll Processing and Administration
• Approve weekly and monthly overtime and leave on the ERS system, Approve Assign timesheets every Tuesdays, Approve timesheets for interns
• Enrol new employees on ERS, Capture fingerprints, Terminate employees on ERS
• Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding clocks, leave and attendance
• Accurately and speedily updating and maintaining the Zoho and ERS system for the payroll
• Liaising with timesheet officers in a timely manner to finalise the timesheets for payroll processing
• Draw leave and overtime reports for HRM every week
• Approve weekly and monthly overtime and leave on the ERS system, Approve Assign timesheets every Tuesdays, Approve timesheets for interns
• Enrol new employees on ERS, Capture fingerprints, Terminate employees on ERS

• Employee terminations
• Leave management
Training and Development
• Train all staff blue collar and white-collar staff on all HR policies and procedures
• conduct ad-hoc training on HR Compliance initiatives for all Employees when required
• Management of learnerships and all PIVOTAL training
Required Qualifications / Experience
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Administrator
• A minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience preferably Payspace system
• Knowledge of South African laws and HR compliance and regulations
• An understanding of, and insight into, the BCEA, LRA, OHS, MEIBC, EE and POPI Acts
