IT Technician

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Technician to join our team in Paarl.

Provide remote and on-site technical support.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user incidents.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.

Support Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, antivirus, and email security.

Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and VoIP systems.

Perform data backups and system maintenance.

Set up new users, devices, and applications.

Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.

Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft environments.

Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and server support.

Familiarity with UniFi products and CCTV systems advantageous.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's licence advantageous.

Customer-focused and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
