Role: We're hiring a Senior Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of sectional title and homeowners' association schemes at Citra Real Estate, one of Cape Town's up and coming Real Estate and property management firms.

This is a senior role for someone who already runs schemes with confidence — chairing AGMs, guiding trustees, managing budgets and keeping every scheme compliant and well-run. You'll have strong internal support and a team that takes service delivery seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Full management of a portfolio of sectional title and HOA schemes
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with trustees, directors and owners
  • Chair and attend trustee meetings and AGMs; prepare and review all related documentation
  • Drive trustee resolutions, compliance actions and maintenance items through to completion
  • Oversee budgets, levy management and financial statement interpretation alongside the finance team
  • Manage conduct and management rules, and handle CSOS submissions
  • Ensure full compliance with the STSMA, CSOS Act and related legislation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years' experience as a sectional title / HOA portfolio manager
  • Valid PPRA registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
  • Strong working knowledge of the STSMA, CSOS Act and community scheme governance
  • Solid financial acumen — budgets, levies and annual financial statements
  • A confident communicator who can chair meetings and manage senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven and able to juggle multiple schemes
  • Own reliable transport (regular meetings, some after hours)

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Degree in Property Studies, BCom or similar
  • Paddocks (or equivalent) sectional title / HOA qualification
