Requirements
- Process building development applications
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
- Liaise with external and internal parties
- Perform administrative duties.
Key Performance Areas
- A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in any built
environment discipline
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience at appropriate level.
- Knowledge of the implementation of National Building
Regulations and SABS Code regulations and requirements
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Valid Code B/EB driver's licence.
