Parts and Stock Planner

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts and Stock Planner to ensure the efficient management of inventory and parts distribution, and warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting customer requirements, and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Your Mission
- Process inventory movements accurately using BPCS, M3, or other ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate stock records and warehouse documentation.
- Manage breakdown orders, parts issuing, and consignment stock activities.
- Support parts sales, order expediting, and regional distribution of spares and equipment.
- Conduct stock counts and ensure effective management of consumables and Goods in Transit (GIT).
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, security, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements.
- Participate in daily performance meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Your Profile
- Grade 12 Certificate
- A good knowledge and understanding of Epiroc products and procedures
- Supervisory skills related to directing and supervising warehouse staff
- Computer literacy, in particular the BPCS OR M3 inventory module and Excel
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and to work as part of the logistics team
- Strong self-management character with process ownership
- Relevant business acumen
- Ability to understand the complete flow of goods through the warehouse
