Role Purpose
To provide efficient administrative and operational support in the co-ordination, preparation, and distribution of complementary product packs.
Requirements
- Matric
- 2 - 3 years of client service and administration experience
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle System would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
Duties & Responsibilities
- Compile complementary product packs and prepare for distribution via courier partner
- Record queries and interactions on the workflow system as required
- Liaise with other departments to resolve queries
- Liaise with clients (telephonically and via written correspondence) for gathering information and handling queries
- Liaise with courier partner regarding the delivery of packs
- Manage work volumes in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure these are maintained
- Respond timeously to escalations regarding complementary product packs
- Stock control and stats recording
- Any additional ad hoc functions that may be required from time to time
