Key Role
Provide project administrative and coordination support to the Director within the Transport & Infrastructure business. The role focuses on supporting effective project administration, document control, reporting coordination, meeting coordination, and follow-up of project actions to enable smooth project delivery and efficient director-level support.
Provide project administrative support to the Director across Transport & Infrastructure projects
Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, agendas, minutes, correspondence, registers, and project records
Coordinate meetings, workshops, schedules, actions, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director
Assist with tracking project deliverables, submissions, approvals, and administrative deadlines
Maintain project filing systems, document registers, and document control processes in line with company requirements
Support basic project financial administration including timesheets, expense claims, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and workflow administration
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, calendar coordination, and general administrative support for the Director
Liaise with internal support functions and stakeholders to ensure smooth project administration, communication, and follow-through

Grade 12 / Matric qualification
Diploma or certificate in Administration, Business Administration, Project Administration, or related field will be advantageous
3–6 years’ experience in project administration, project support, or office administration within an engineering, infrastructure, consulting, or project delivery environment
Experience supporting senior leaders, project managers, or technical teams with documentation, coordination, reporting, filing, and administrative processes
Exposure to document control systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project administration tools will be advantageous
Key Competencies and Generic Skills
Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and administration
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a project environment
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
