We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who lives and breathes performance creative. You will be designing static and motion assets for paid social and search campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Work that needs to stop the scroll, communicate fast, and drive clicks. This is not a brand guardianship role. It is a conversion-first, high-output position where speed, adaptability, and data awareness matter as much as craft.

What You'll Do

• Design ad creatives across multiple formats (static, carousel, story, and display) for live paid campaigns

• Produce multiple variants per brief to support A/B and multivariate testing

• Translate performance data and feedback into revised creative quickly

• Collaborate with the media and copy teams to ensure creative aligns with targeting strategy and platform best practices

• Maintain consistent output quality while working across several client accounts simultaneously

• Use AI tools to accelerate asset generation, ideation, and iteration without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of design experience with a portfolio that includes paid ad work (static and/or motion)

• A clear understanding of what makes an ad perform: hierarchy, visual hooks, CTA placement, and format-specific considerations

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

• Active use of AI tools in your workflow, like Higgsfield, Claude, and Adobe Firefly. Familiarity with any of these is a strong plus. What matters most is that you use AI practically and efficiently, not just experimentally

• Ability to manage multiple briefs, hit deadlines, and flag bottlenecks early

• Bonus: experience with motion graphics or video editing for social formats

What We're Not Looking For

• Designers whose portfolio is exclusively brand, print, or editorial work with no performance context

• Candidates who treat AI as a gimmick rather than a workflow tool

• Anyone who needs extensive hand-holding on briefs or platform specs
