SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised CSI Administrator who will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, execution and monitoring of the Company’s Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme. This role ensures that all CSI projects are delivered effectively, within budget and aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives. When CSI activities are not at peak demand, the candidate provides support to the broader Stakeholder Relations & Communications team, contributing to communications, events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

POSITION INFO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CSI Project Administration & Execution Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of CSI projects, from planning and implementation through to close-out. Liaise with CSI beneficiaries and project partners to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and action logs for all active CSI programmes. Ensure all CSI activities comply with the Company's internal policies. Facilitate site visits, project assessments and impact evaluations for CSI beneficiaries. Assist in identifying and evaluating new CSI funding proposals and applications. Reporting & Monitoring Compile regular CSI progress reports for internal management and relevant committees. Track and measure the impact of CSI interventions against defined KPIs and outcomes. Maintain a centralised CSI database and document repository, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all projects, agreements and communications. Prepare reports for B-BBEE verification and audit purposes, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and up to date. Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays to the relevant stakeholders timeously. Budget Management Assist in the development of the annual CSI budget in line with the Company's strategic priorities. Process and track all CSI-related expenditure, ensuring spend is aligned to approved budgets. Coordinate payment requests, invoices, and financial documentation for CSI grants and project costs. Reconcile CSI expenditure on a monthly basis and prepare budget variance reports. Support financial reporting for CSI spend to auditors Stakeholder Feedback & Engagement Collect, collate and analyse feedback from CSI beneficiaries, partners, and communities. Maintain positive and professional relationships with all CSI stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact. Coordinate beneficiary communication, including acknowledgement letters, progress updates and reporting templates. Support the organisation of CSI-related events, handover ceremonies and community engagements. Stakeholder Relations & Communications Support Provide administrative and coordination support to the Stakeholder Relations & Communications team during off-peak CSI periods. Assist with the drafting, editing, and distribution of stakeholder communications, newsletters, and correspondence. Support the planning and execution of stakeholder events, meetings, and engagement sessions. Maintain stakeholder contact databases and assist with stakeholder mapping and profiling. Contribute to content development for the Company's communication platforms, including social media, website updates, and publications, as required. Assist with the coordination of media engagements, press releases, and industry events where relevant. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social Development, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Corporate Social Investment (CSI) or a related field. Certification in Project Management or Monitoring and Evaluation (advantageous). Knowledge of B-BBEE Codes and Socio-Economic Development (SED) requirements will be advantageous. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for site visits, where required. EXPERIENCE Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Corporate Social Investment (CSI), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), stakeholder relations, project administration, community development, or a related environment. Experience coordinating projects from planning through implementation and reporting. Experience managing budgets, expenditure tracking and financial administration. Experience compiling reports, maintaining records and supporting audit processes. Experience engaging with community organisations, beneficiaries, non-profit organisations or other external stakeholders. Experience monitoring project outcomes and evaluating impact is advantageous. Experience within the music, creative, non-profit, or development sector will be advantageous.
