SUMMARY

Our client in the Telecommunications Sector is seeking a Scrum Master on a contract duration of 6 months.

Job Purpose

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery within telecommunications technology teams, ensuring the successful execution of digital transformation, OSS/BSS, network, mobile, and enterprise application projects. The role drives Agile best practices, removes impediments, and enables cross functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support business objectives and customer experience improvements.

POSITION INFO

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification. SAFe Scrum Master Certification advantageous. Required Experience 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master. 3+ years' experience within a telecommunications environment. Proven experience delivering OSS/BSS, digital, network, CRM, billing, or integration projects. Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments. Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams. Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes within Mobile Network Operators (MNO) or Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO).
