SUMMARY

An established ICT infrastructure solutions provider is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across integrated security services, structured cabling, and data centre infrastructure solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, build strategic client relationships, and play a key role in expanding market share within the enterprise environment.

POSITION INFO

Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Present and position ICT infrastructure solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions. Drive sales performance, profitability, and pipeline growth. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Management. Minimum 7 years' experience within the ICT infrastructure industry. Proven experience developing and managing sales teams. Established senior-level CXO relationships within the Gauteng market. Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution selling and deal structuring. Professional, energetic, and customer-focused leadership style.
