Candidate Consultant

We are looking for a Candidate Consultant to support one of our UK-based clients in the education sector. This role is focused on building strong candidate relationships, sourcing top educational talent, and ensuring candidates are successfully matched with opportunities in schools. You'll work closely with consultants to drive placements, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and contribute to overall team success.

• Source, attract, and engage education professionals through various recruitment channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support consultants by managing candidate pipelines, identifying placement opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Assist with compliance, onboarding, and administrative processes to ensure candidates are ready for placement.
• Contribute to team targets through proactive candidate management and placement activity.

• Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, sales, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous. ​​​​​​
• Knowledge of the education recruitment sector is beneficial but not essential
