Print Operations Manager

A leading lithographic print packaging manufacturer requires an experienced Print Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a high-performing production environment.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, optimising productivity, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring world-class quality standards, and developing a culture of safety and performance.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Production, Operations, Engineering, Printing Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years' management experience within a lithographic print packaging manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality systems and production planning.
• Proven track record leading large operational teams and complex manufacturing facilities.
• Sound understanding of equipment performance, waste reduction and operational efficiencies.
