Candidate should have at least 6 years in research and develpoment / new product development in food fmcg manufacturing enviroment.
Exp in managing own projects, production specification, nutrician calculations, product costing, conducting tastings, planning & executing production trials & shelf life testing.
Position requires scientific knowledge in the fields of food technology, nutricion and good technical understanding.
Candidates must not have any dietary restrictions as tasting food is required.
Non Smoker!
Advanced Micosoft office skills, escepically Excel with excellent maths skills.

prior experience in working HACCP/ GMP/ FSSC & ISO
Cost Saving
A degree in food tchnology, Nutricional sciences / Dietetics with am added advantage in quality management.
