Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and safety‑driven Supervisor to join our team in Richards Bay. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain operational excellence across all areas.

•Oversee housekeeping, equipment conditions, and PPE compliance.

•Ensure staff are trained in SOPs and SWPs, maintaining high work quality standards.

•Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding delays, deviations, and task completions.

•Promote behavioral safety through site walks, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

•Drive employee motivation, recognition, and performance management.

•Manage training, competency assessments, and on‑the‑job coaching.

•Control expenses, wages, and overtime while ensuring efficient use of tools, vehicles, and machinery.

Uphold brand image and SHERQ compliance through inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting

•Strong leadership and communication skills.

•Proven experience in supervising teams within logistics, construction, or industrial environments.

•Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).

•Ability to enforce safety, quality, and operational procedures.
