Internal Sales Person

To promote and sell a leading building materials product range in a profitable manner while ensuring excellent customer service, efficient sales administration, and effective stock and order management within a retail branch environment.

A well-established organisation within the building materials industry is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

• Promote and sell the product range to achieve sales targets
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales
• Capture sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment
• Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with stock control
• Provide general administrative and cashier support
• Source new business and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
• Sales training and product knowledge will be advantageous
• Computer literacy and online system experience beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic Salary: R13,500.00 per month
