Sales & Tender Administrator – Brackenfell

POSITION INFO

Our client is in the security industry, designing and implementing well engineered Electronic Security & Building Systems and solutions. They are looking for a Sales & Tender Administrator to join their dynamic team. Duties: - Completing and preparing Tenders and Tender Documents. - Completing and submitting quotes to customers and giving sales support to management as well as updating the Sales Pipeline. - Supporting the sourcing of stock for projects and supporting the project management process where necessary. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Source new opportunities for medium/large projects through L2B (Lead 2 Business), builders, consultants and electrical engineers
  • Grow the builders & consultants' database and nurturing the relationships to help grow our success rate
  • Create, compile and send quotations to clients
  • Create, complete and submit tenders & tender documents
  • Constantly reviewing success rates of quotes and tenders and helping to successfully close deals
  • Assist with compiling presentations and proposals to clients
  • Update report on all proposals and tenders awarded or lost
  • Provide administrative support to the Management Team with regards to quotes and tenders
  • Attend project initiation meetings and tender briefings; and compile project plans when required
  • Follow up telephonically with consultants on the progress of all on-going projects where required
  • Liaise with customers with regards to contractual matters
  • Communicate and build relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate, source and procure equipment for quotes and tenders
  • Collect and compile statistical data
  • Ensure and maintain accurate filing system
  • General admin support for management team with regards to Projects, Sales and Quotes.
  • Manage and update the Sales Pipeline
  • Ensure accurate tracking of potential opportunities - quotes and tenders
  • Grow the SLA customer database and ensure we grow our SLA customer base monthly
  • Ensure that Suppliers are managed properly to ensure a good relationship with our company.
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Protect company physical & intellectual property, assets and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and business principles
  • Escalate any unresolved problems or issues of importance to Management
  • Internal documents are accurate, filed and up to date
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met within the given timeframe
  • Keep up to date with better methods to improve your performance and customer service levels.
