Key Requirements Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Quick learner with the ability to pick up new software and systems rapidly Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates including new business development Telesales Manage job advertisements and candidate databases Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation Use recruitment software and CRM systems effectively Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
