What You’ll Do

• Customer-focused design: Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, translate ideas into impactful designs, and deliver solutions that inspire confidence and loyalty.
• Service excellence: Work closely with the print shop team to ensure seamless project execution, providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
• Creative storytelling: Design brochures, signage, packaging, vehicle branding, and digital content that communicate powerful brand stories.
• Brand building: Develop and maintain distinctive brand identities that stand out in competitive markets.
• Production mastery: Prepare artwork for flawless print, oversee proofs, and ensure technical precision and quality control.
• Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and forward-thinking approaches — our Smart Print shop is a growing entity, and we welcome innovation, creativity, and smarter ways of working to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Trend leadership: Stay ahead of design, marketing, and print trends, ensuring our work remains modern and relevant.
• Team collaboration: Partner with colleagues across sales, production, and design to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and excellence.

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of print processes, colour management, and large-format printing.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for client engagement and customer service.
• Ability to balance creativity with precision, managing multiple projects with flair and professionalism.

Bonus Skills

• Signage and vehicle branding expertise.
• Social media design and digital marketing know-how.
• Photography, videography, or motion graphics.
• Experience in fast-paced commercial print environments.
