What You’ll Be Trusted To Own

This is more than just a “follow-the-process” role.

It’s about understanding the detail behind the detail and making sure the business sees the value of it.

You’ll

• Manage the full reinsurance claims lifecycle, from notification through to recovery.
• Interpret proportional and non-proportional treaty agreements with confidence.
• Calculate, track, and resolve recoveries, reinstatements, and settlements.
• Stay on top of reserves, balances, and anything that doesn’t quite reconcile the way it should.
• Partner across underwriting, finance, actuarial, brokers, and reinsurers to keep things moving.
• Support reporting, audits, and governance without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Continuously look for smarter ways of working, including process improvements and automation.
