The incumbent will create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of Customer Master records for the Group and its business partners. The role provides key administrative support through the management of specialised records, processing of documentation, preparation of reports, and resolution of data discrepancies to support business operations effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
  • Business English: Fluent
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate)

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct Customer Master maintenance

  • Create new customer accounts in accordance with Clover's rules and standards.
  • Download account applications and prepare excel files for bulk creation.
  • Prepare and format excel files for bulk maintenance.
  • Maintain existing customer records to support operational requirements.

Handle logged calls

  • Monitor call logging system for customer master related calls.
  • Attend to calls promptly and timeously.
  • Adhere to SLA's.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to users.

Provide Customer Master support

  • Provide support to internal users and business partners.
  • Assist users with trouble shooting and problem solving.
  • Provide information to aid business processes .
